Order Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Return Window
We accept returns up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items, gift cards, and custom/sale items.
Return Process & Shipping Costs
To start a return, email our support team at bleedingedgebaitworks@gmail.com with your name and order number. Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
